The 2025 Citizens’ Autumn Tea Ceremony is being held.



The Civic Autumn Tea Ceremony is held annually.
We hope that even first-time participants can partake in the joy of the event.
A set of basic items will be prepared and distributed to the participants.
We will also offer a basic lecture, for beginners, during the ippo-tei (indoor) event.
We look forward to welcoming you all.
There are two venues for this event.
Ippo-tei is a tea cermony held in a room.
Enjoy an authentic Japanese tea ceremony.
Nodate is a tea ceremony held outdoors.
You can enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the autumn scenery.
Tickets will also be on sale on the day of the event.

The Citizens’ Tea Ceremony is an event that is open to everyone, including foreigners and children.
The atmosphere may be slightly different from the usual tea ceremony. We appreciate your cooperation.

(In the case of rain, seating will be arranged inside the Dojien)

Ticket 600 yen per person/cup (tax included)

Venue First floor of the Toyota Citizens Cultural Hall (Shimin Bunka Kaikan)
Ticket sales are limited to 5 per person
Lost tickets will not be replaced
Tickets can also be bought on the date of the event at the venue.
Only cash will be accepted.
Credit cards or payments via applications will not be accepted.
There will be English interpretation, in the 5th (from 12:45PM) sessions.
